I like how easy it is to open an account and manage payments on the app. However, I had to wait almost 3 days for a response from customer service about a failed transfer, which was frustrating. Hoping they speed up support soon.

Transfers usually happen fast but I had two occasions where money took an extra day to arrive. Also, the app sometimes logs me out randomly which is annoying. Still, I prefer this over traditional banks for sure.

Opening an account took less than 10 minutes and the onboarding was completely online. The app handles multiple card controls and supports scheduled payments really well. One time I had an issue with a delayed notification, but otherwise it’s been solid.

QNB’s app covers all the basics really well like instant payments and digital card controls, which I use daily. The account opening was smooth and the interface is clean. However, once I ran into an account verification problem and their chat support wasn’t very helpful or quick, I had to wait over a day to get a resolution. Hopefully they improve that part soon because otherwise it’s a solid neobank option for me.

I switched to QNB because I wanted a fully digital bank without branches. So far, the digital wallet integration and instant transfers have worked well for me. I also like that I can freeze my card straight from the app if I lose it. No physical paperwork is a big plus.

I started using QNB about half a year ago after moving to a new city. The app looks nice and runs smoothly, and I especially like the budgeting tools that track my expenses automatically. For the most part, payments clear instantly, which saves me a lot of time. Once I had a stuck transaction that took two days to resolve, and customer support was a bit slow to respond. But it’s still better than my old bank’s clunky app.

QNB’s interface is really intuitive, and I appreciate the smooth integration of payments and transfers. I set up direct deposit quickly, and the instant notifications keep me updated on every transaction. The only thing I'd improve is adding more options for currency exchange rates.
