Mixed feelings about Poloniex's service
Started trading here a few months ago after switching from another exchange that had poor liquidity. Poloniex offers a broader selection of altcoins which is great, plus their margin trading tools are pretty competitive. But I've noticed occasional delays in order execution during peak times, which can be frustrating when you want to react fast. Also their chat support sometimes takes a while to get back to me which adds to the wait. On the plus side, fees are transparent and staking rewards are a nice bonus. I guess it’s a decent platform but not perfect yet.
Overall good but some delays
Withdrawals take longer than expected.
Decent exchange but UI needs polish
I appreciate Poloniex’s range of crypto pairs and decent execution speeds. However, the interface looks outdated and can be confusing with the multiple tabs. Also, switching between assets feels clunky on the app version. I got stuck with a delayed withdrawal but support eventually resolved it. If they fix these UX issues I’d rate higher.
Good but slow withdrawal process
I like that Poloniex offers plenty of altcoins and lending options, but the withdrawal took almost two days last week which was annoying. Their support replied but didn’t speed up the process. Hope they improve that soon since otherwise it’s a pretty reliable exchange for day trading.
Support took too long once
Support response was slow last time.
Nice features but UI can be confusing
I started using Poloniex last year mainly for margin trading and staking some coins. The fees are reasonable and the spreads usually tight, which is nice. However, I found the trading interface a bit cluttered at first, especially when switching between spot and futures. Customer support was helpful though when I had an issue with my account verification. Overall it’s a solid choice if you don’t mind a learning curve.
