Mixed feelings about Poloniex's service
Started trading here a few months ago after switching from another exchange that had poor liquidity. Poloniex offers a broader selection of altcoins which is great, plus their margin trading tools are pretty competitive. But I've noticed occasional delays in order execution during peak times, which can be frustrating when you want to react fast. Also their chat support sometimes takes a while to get back to me which adds to the wait. On the plus side, fees are transparent and staking rewards are a nice bonus. I guess it’s a decent platform but not perfect yet.

Excellent platform for altcoin trading
I've been using Poloniex for over a year now and they've never let me down. The range of altcoins available is impressive, which is perfect for my diversified portfolio. I appreciate Poloniex’s range of crypto pairs and decent execution speeds. However, the interface looks outdated and can be confusing with the multiple tabs. Also, switching between assets feels clunky on the app version. I got stuck with a delayed withdrawal but support eventually resolved it. If they fix these UX issues I’d rate higher.
Smooth experience but minor UI flaw
Trading experience is mostly smooth. The only thing is the order book sometimes updates lag behind live data which bugs me a bit. Support answered quickly when I reported it. Overall pretty satisfied with Poloniex.

Good but slow withdrawal process
I like that Poloniex offers plenty of altcoins and lending options, but the withdrawal took almost two days last week which was annoying. Their support replied but didn’t speed up the process. Hope they improve that soon since otherwise it’s a pretty reliable exchange for day trading.
Good fees and solid liquidity
The commissions here are competitive, which matters when you're day trading. I found the liquidity for major pairs really good so I rarely get slippage on orders. Mobile app is clean and runs without crashes, making trading on the go easy. Wish they had more advanced charting options though, that’s my only gripe.

Solid platform, no complaints
Used Poloniex for about 6 months now, trading BTC and ETH pairs. The app is smooth and deposits are instant. Commissions are fair too.
