I’ve been using Pocket for the last three months to handle payments for my small online shop. Usually, the processing is fast and the fees are reasonable compared to other services I tried. However, a couple of times my withdrawal was delayed by a day which was a bit stressful, especially when I had urgent expenses. Their support was helpful but slow to respond on those occasions. The payment processing part is okay, but I found the wallet interface somewhat clunky. It’s not very intuitive when trying to manage multiple currencies. They could definitely improve user experience here.

Convenient but had a hiccup with verification
Started using Pocket six months ago mainly for personal crypto payments. Mostly it’s been straightforward but last month my KYC took longer than expected, which delayed a big transfer I’d planned. They explained it was due to extra checks which I get but a heads-up would’ve been nice. Other than that the app is user-friendly and transactions are speedy.
