Convenient digital banking with room to improve
Started using Axis Bank last year, mostly for their payment and savings features. The app interface is clean and I like that I can do everything without visiting a branch. Sometimes the transaction notifications are delayed, which can be annoying. Their customer chat support is helpful but not always instant. Still, I find their interest rates better than some competitors, so I keep coming back.
