I switched to PNC about six months ago and the mobile app is pretty sleek overall. The checking account setup was super easy and I like the low fees compared to my old bank. Only thing that bugs me is the occasional slow update in transaction history which can be confusing.

Been with PNC for about 8 months now. I really like the app’s design and how intuitive it is to navigate. Opening accounts and setting up auto payments was straightforward. However, I got hit with a couple of fees I didn’t expect when using ATMs outside their network, even though I thought my account included some ATM fee refunds. Support clarified it but I wish these details were clearer upfront. Still, their mobile check deposit is fantastic and has saved me trips to the branch.
