Mixed feelings about the interface and support
I set up Plex for my family’s shared media, which is great, but the interface can be confusing at times. Also, I had to wait a while to get a response from support about syncing issues. The streaming quality is decent though, which keeps me coming back.

Decent but interface can be confusing
I downloaded Plex to organize my media but found some menus a bit cluttered. The streaming quality is fine, but I wish the app was more intuitive for new users.
