Good platform but delays on withdrawals
Started using Pintu last year and the app is easy to navigate, which helped me get into crypto trading. Buying and selling works fine, but I noticed withdrawals can take up to 3 days sometimes, especially on weekends. Also, the chat support is hit or miss; once I waited a day to get a reply about a locked account issue. They did fix it though after I sent the documents again. I’d say it’s decent for beginners but not ideal if you want super fast transactions.

Good overall but room for improvement
I’ve been trading on Pintu for about three months, and it’s mostly positive. The interface is clean which helped me avoid mistakes when I started. Withdrawal times can be a little slow during peak hours and I noticed the price spread is a bit higher than on Binance. Still, the staking options they offer are a nice bonus that I’ve been using to earn some passive income. The support team is responsive but sometimes takes a while to get back.
