Confusing fees and slow support
Did a BTC withdrawal and got charged more fees than shown during trading. Tried to contact support but waited over 48 hours for a reply. Not cool when you want to move funds fast.

Okay but needs more coins
I like the simple interface and the fast verification, but I wish they had more altcoins available. Also, the withdrawal took longer than I expected, about 2 days. Support answered but was kind of slow.

Average experience
The app loads quickly and they have some good tutorials for beginners. However, I ran into a bug where my balance didn’t update right after selling crypto. Customer support was helpful but didn’t fix the issue immediately. I hope they improve stability soon.
