Mixed feelings about support and listings
I tried applying for a dog listed on the site but the shelter didn’t respond for almost a week, which was frustrating. Also some pet details were missing so I had to do extra calls to confirm health status. However, I liked that the site connects so many rescues in one place. Just wish the communication was better and profiles more complete.
