I like how simple Paysend’s app is for sending cash abroad, especially to the Philippines. The exchange rate wasn’t the best compared to some competitors though, so I ended up paying a bit more. Still, the money arrived fast and that counts a lot for me.

I’ve been using Paysend for about six months now to send money to Europe. The transfers are mostly instant, which is awesome when family needs urgent help overseas. However, sometimes the app interface glitches on my phone, especially when selecting currencies. That’s frustrating because I have to re-enter info multiple times. Support usually helps but it takes a while to get a response. If the app was more stable, this would be my go-to for remittances without question.

Used Paysend twice last month to send money to India, and overall it was smooth. One time the transfer was delayed by a couple of hours which was inconvenient. Support responded quickly though, so I’m mostly satisfied.
