App glitches annoying
Tried sending money to family in Poland but the app kept freezing on the confirmation page. Had to restart multiple times which was annoying.

Transfers sometimes delayed
Transfers arrived late twice, frustrating.

Good but some delays
Transfers mostly go through fine, but I had one where the money took almost three days to reach the recipient in the Philippines. Customer service was polite but not very helpful at first. Still, the app interface makes it easy to track transfers, which I appreciate.

Mixed feelings about speed
Pangea works fine for sending money, but I noticed transfers to Europe sometimes drag a bit longer than expected. The app shows pending status for a day or two without updates. Other times, it’s much faster. Not sure what causes the inconsistency.
