For example, one pair of headphones arrived with a faulty wire and I had to go through some back and forth with support for a replacement. Though they eventually helped me, it took longer than I expected and was a bit frustrating. On the bright side, the range of products is vast and prices are competitive, so I keep giving it another shot. Hopefully, quality checks will improve soon.
