I chose Oscar Health mainly for the prescription drug coverage and telemedicine benefits. The enrollment was smooth, and the way the app guides you to in-network doctors is super helpful. My monthly premiums are reasonable compared to my old provider, and so far I haven’t had any problems with claims or billing. Customer service was available quickly when I had questions, which made a big difference in settling in.
