Super helpful staff and fast service
I needed a timing belt for my 2010 Honda and the folks at the local O'Reilly Auto Parts were fantastic. They helped me find the exact part, and it was available on the shelf which saved me a trip. Decent place with average prices
I've been here a couple of times for brake pads and oil filters. Their prices are okay but not the cheapest around. Sometimes the parts are out of stock, which gets frustrating when you’re on a tight schedule. Still, the staff tries to be helpful and usually orders the parts fast enough. For urgent stuff, though, I might try another shop first.

Helpful but could improve inventory

Reliable parts but occasional delays in orders
I shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts often because their range of parts for my vintage Ford is usually great. Last month, I ordered a set of fuel injectors, but the delivery got delayed by almost a week which threw off my repair schedule. When I called customer service, they were polite but couldn't provide an exact resolution time, which was frustrating. On the bright side, once the parts arrived, they fit perfectly and functioned just as expected. I hope they sort out their shipping quicker next time because I really rely on them for my car repairs.
