Disappointed with support response
I tried to get help on a tricky bug that caused token miscounts and waited over two days with no proper answer. The docs are okay but when stuff breaks under real-world load, you really need support fast. Sadly, didn’t get that from OpenAI, which makes me consider alternatives despite the platform’s power.
