Mostly smooth integration
Implemented Okta's SSO for our team last quarter and it mostly works well. The setup was straightforward but the multi-factor authentication sometimes glitches on mobile apps. Support was helpful when I contacted them about the issue. Hoping for a more stable app update soon.

Good overall but some quirks with MFA
I've been working with Okta for about a year now managing our company's identity and access setup. The single sign-on is solid and makes life easier for end-users, plus the user lifecycle automation cuts down admin work significantly. However, the multi-factor authentication sometimes causes confusion, especially when users switch devices or have trouble receiving push notifications. Support chats can be slow and the documentation doesn't always cover these edge cases well. Still, the benefits outweigh the issues, and I appreciate the regular feature updates they roll out.
