Mixed feelings about Nu Mexico's service
I really wanted to love Nu Mexico because of their fee-free accounts and nice app design. Setting up my account was pretty easy but I ran into issues when trying to link my external savings account. The app kept timing out and the support chat didn’t have a clear answer for over 24 hours. Also, some features promised like instant card blocking felt clunky and took longer than expected. It’s a decent option for simple banking but I’m not sure if it’s ready for more complex needs yet.
