Smooth experience except minor app lag
Overall pretty smooth banking experience with Nu Mexico. The app looks great and transfers are quick. Sometimes the app lags a bit but not a big deal.

Not happy with verification delays
Tried to open an account but the KYC process got stuck for days. Support was slow to respond and I had to resend documents multiple times. Expected smoother onboarding for a digital bank.

Mixed feelings about Nu Mexico's service
I really wanted to love Nu Mexico because of their fee-free accounts and nice app design. Setting up my account was pretty easy but I ran into issues when trying to link my external savings account. The app kept timing out and the support chat didn’t have a clear answer for over 24 hours. Also, some features promised like instant card blocking felt clunky and took longer than expected. Good but card delivery was slow
