I ordered a few dresses and some shoes last month. The website had a lot of options which I liked, especially the filters for size and color. However, the delivery took almost a week longer than expected, which was annoying since I needed some items for an event. Customer service was polite but didn't offer a clear explanation for the delay. Still, I’m happy with the quality of the products once they arrived.

Wide range but app needs work
I shop here quite often and appreciate the variety of brands and styles available. The product descriptions are detailed which helps a lot when buying online. But their mobile app crashes sometimes, which is frustrating if you’re trying to place an order on the go. Hoping they fix that soon because otherwise the experience is good.

Nice clothes but checkout issues
I enjoy browsing Nordstrom's collection because they have trendy stuff and good brands. The checkout process was a bit buggy though; once my payment method didn’t save correctly, but after refreshing the page it worked. pretty smooth with minor glitches.

Found some great discounts during the holiday sale which was awesome. The checkout was straightforward, and I liked how they showed estimated delivery dates.
