NDAX’s interface is really clean and the trading fees are quite low which is why I keep coming back. The verification process was straightforward and I liked how quickly they approved my account. But sometimes the order book depth seems thin on certain altcoins, which makes it harder to buy large amounts without price impact. Also, I wish their mobile app had more advanced charting tools. Still, for straightforward crypto trading it does the job well overall.

Good exchange but withdrew issues
I’ve made multiple trades on NDAX trading BTC and ETH without problems. The charting tools are decent for a beginner like me. However, last month my withdrawal took over 3 days to process which was frustrating and I had to contact support twice. They eventually sorted it out but the delay was annoying. Despite that, I still rely on NDAX because of its lower fees compared to other platforms I tried.

Good platform but slow support
Trading on NDAX has been mostly smooth for me, especially for Bitcoin and Ethereum pairs. However, I did have to wait almost 48 hours for customer support to respond about a stuck withdrawal. The fees are reasonable though, and the app interface is pretty user-friendly.

Reliable, but some delays lately
I use NDAX mostly for day trading and the order execution speed has generally been good with minimal slippage. The mobile app is stable except for a recent bug that caused crash during order confirmation. Support answered my ticket within 24 hours which I appreciated. Withdrawals are mostly smooth but I noticed the limits got reduced without notification which threw me off. I hope they improve communication around changes soon.

Mixed feelings after long use
I started using NDAX last year and at first, it was great the deposit and withdrawal times were pretty fast and the interface was intuitive. But lately, the app glitches during peak hours, causing delays in placing orders which has cost me some opportunities. Customer support tries to help but takes a long time to get back. On the positive side, their fee structure is still competitive and I like the educational resources on their blog. Just wish the platform was more stable during high traffic.
