NDAX’s interface is really clean and the trading fees are quite low which is why I keep coming back. The verification process was straightforward and I liked how quickly they approved my account. But sometimes the order book depth seems thin on certain altcoins, which makes it harder to buy large amounts without price impact. Also, I wish their mobile app had more advanced charting tools. I started using NDAX last year and at first, it was great the deposit and withdrawal times were pretty fast and the interface was intuitive. But lately, the app glitches during peak hours, causing delays in placing orders which has cost me some opportunities. Customer support tries to help but takes a long time to get back. On the positive side, their fee structure is still competitive and I like the educational resources on their blog. Just wish the platform was more stable during high traffic.

I’m kinda frustrated lately because my orders sometimes don’t execute instantly and the app freezes randomly. Support is slow to respond too, which doesn’t help. I’m considering switching exchanges because of these issues.
