The expense approvals are pretty fast usually, and the reporting features help with quarterly audits. Though once or twice it took an extra day to get payment confirmation, which was slightly inconvenient. I appreciate the platform’s ability to handle multiple currencies and expense types without much fuss.

Navan offers a lot of useful tools like automated expense tracking and policy enforcement. Setting up our company’s custom spend rules was straightforward. That said, the UI feels a bit cluttered on smaller screens, which makes quick actions harder. Customer service was responsive when I asked about integrations. Overall a good platform for medium-sized businesses.
