App glitches sometimes
Navan’s interface is okay but crashes sometimes when uploading receipts. Support took a while to respond, which was annoying.

Mixed experience with Navan
I like the idea behind Navan, especially the travel booking features. But some expense claims took longer than expected to approve, which held up reimbursement. Also, the mobile app sometimes doesn’t sync properly, causing duplicate entries. I hope they improve these areas soon because the concept is promising.

Good but needs better mobile sync
Navan has been a useful tool for managing our business expenses and travel bookings. The web interface is feature-packed and helps keep everything organized. However, I often face syncing issues with the mobile app which causes some entries to double up or get lost. Customer support is helpful but fixing this bug would improve daily usability a lot. Hoping for a patch soon.
