I’ve been using NatWest for about eight months now, mainly for everyday spending and saving accounts. The app works fine for payments and checking balances, but once I had an issue with a blocked card that took their support chat nearly two days to resolve. Wish they were quicker on that front, but otherwise a solid digital bank.

I had issues with monthly fees at my previous bank but with NatWest I’m paying less and the mobile check deposit feature works well. It’s nice seeing my balance update immediately after transactions.

NatWest has a neat app with handy features like spending summaries and card controls. Lately though, it crashes a bit when I try to view my monthly statements. It’s not a dealbreaker but yeah, could be smoother.

NatWest is great for managing multiple accounts and the app is user-friendly. However, I noticed their currency conversion rates on overseas transactions aren’t as favorable as some newer fintech options. It’s fine for regular use but if you travel a lot or send money abroad, keep an eye on fees. Customer service was helpful when I asked about this though, so that counts for something.

NatWest app does everything I need from checking balances to paying bills. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to load statements or transaction histories, which is a bit frustrating. Customer chat support helped me sort out a suspicious login promptly though, so security feels solid.

Using NatWest mainly for daily payments and their app notifications are reliable which I like. Sometimes the app freezes for a few seconds which can get annoying but it doesn’t happen often. The account setup was smooth and I appreciate the contactless payment features.
