Mostly smooth, minor app glitches
Napster’s music library is huge and I love the variety, especially the indie stuff. The streaming quality is great on my phone but sometimes the app crashes when I switch playlists quickly. Customer service was helpful but it took a day to get a reply. Still, I use it daily so it’s mostly a win.

Decent app but needs UI tweaks
The app has a solid music library but I find the navigation a bit confusing. Changing playlists isn’t as smooth as I’d like and sometimes the search results mix up artists with similar names. Still, the streaming speed is good and I enjoy the exclusive tracks they offer.

Mostly great, a bit clunky on desktop
Listening on my phone is smooth but the desktop player lags sometimes. Also wished for better genre sorting options. Still, the music library is huge and I find almost everything I want.
