Mixed feelings about subscription tiers
I signed up for Napster mainly for the offline downloads, but found the premium tier a bit pricey compared to competitors. While the music selection is solid and the app design is user-friendly, I sometimes get annoyed by ads in the free version. Customer support answered my questions quickly but didn’t offer much help on pricing alternatives. I keep using it because the sound quality is really good.

Mostly smooth, minor app glitches
Napster’s music library is huge and I love the variety, especially the indie stuff. The streaming quality is great on my phone but sometimes the app crashes when I switch playlists quickly. Customer service was helpful but it took a day to get a reply. Still, I use it daily so it’s mostly a win.

Easy to find rare tracks

Decent app but needs UI tweaks

Napster saved my road trip
