Good flexibility but some quirks
I've been using MongoDB for my startup's backend for about 8 months now. The flexible schema design really helps when we pivot features often. However, sometimes the aggregation queries behave unexpectedly, which slowed down our development a bit. Support was helpful but took a couple of days to respond to my last ticket.
