Easy to use but fees a bit high
I transferred $200 to my friend overseas. The website was user-friendly but the fees felt steep compared to other services. Still, the money arrived on time, which was a relief.

Good service but room for improvement
I’ve used MoneyGram for sending money to my family abroad. The app interface could be more intuitive and sometimes updates are slow. However, the transfers go through reliably which is the main thing for me.
