I like the automation options and integration with Jira, which fits our developer workflow well. However, occasionally the interface lags when loading complex boards which can slow things down a bit. The mobile app is decent but sometimes lacks full functionality compared to the desktop version.

The platform has great potential with all its templates and integration choices. I feel the onboarding could be improved though, since many team members struggled at first to create their own boards without much guidance. Once they got familiar, productivity did jump noticeably.
