Good but can improve performance
Started using Miro to manage marketing campaigns and the visual timelines help a ton. The real-time edits are smooth most of the time, but occasionally the browser version freezes. Exporting boards as PDFs works well though. I'd like a bit more customization on templates, but overall a solid choice.

Great for planning but interface could be cleaner
Miro’s visual project planning is very useful, especially the mind maps and flowcharts. It helped me organize complex workflows for a software launch. However, sometimes the tool feels overwhelmed with too many options on screen, which slows me down. I wish they would simplify the UI a bit. Still, the support team is responsive and the integrations with Slack and Jira are handy.

Mostly solid but could improve
I like Miro for quick project planning and the variety of templates available. However, sometimes the board gets laggy when multiple people edit at once, which can be frustrating during tight meetings. Their customer support responded quickly when I reached out about this, so that helped. Still, I hope future updates focus on improving performance for larger teams.

Great features but some lag
Been using Miro for about 6 months for remote team projects, and honestly, the visual tools and templates have boosted our productivity a lot. The infinite canvas and real-time collaboration work really well during brainstorming sessions. However, sometimes when multiple people edit simultaneously, the app lags quite noticeably, making it tricky to keep up. Hoping they improve that soon because otherwise, it’s a solid platform.
