Frustrating bugs and slow support response
I was really into this game, playing daily for months. Suddenly, my progress got wiped after a bug in one of the updates. Tried reaching out to support multiple times but got automated replies with no real help. Finally got a partial restore weeks later, but lost my best scores and items. Definitely put me off the app for a while.
