I signed up for their accident coverage but had a tough time reaching support when I needed to clarify some policy details. The agent I spoke with seemed rushed and didn’t give me very clear answers. Also, the mobile app kept crashing during the claim process, which was super frustrating. I’m still unsure if I got the best plan for my needs.

Claims process needs work
I signed up for a disability policy last year thinking it would be straightforward if I ever needed it. Turns out the claim submission was way more complicated than I expected, with lots of back and forth over paperwork that no one clearly explained. Took almost two months to get any response, which was really frustrating since I was out of work at the time. Support was polite but slow, and I had to call multiple times just to check status updates.
