Good platform but interface could improve
The platform executes orders quickly but I find the UI a bit clunky, especially on mobile. Also, their withdrawal fees are higher than I expected.

Complex but powerful for big traders
After using Mercado Bitcoin for about 8 months, I can say it’s solid for high volume trading. The liquidity is generally good but sometimes the price spreads get annoying during volatile hours. I once had a stuck withdrawal that support took two days to resolve, which really affected a time-sensitive trade. On the plus side, they have a wide range of altcoins available and their real-time charts helped me make better decisions. Would like to see a better mobile experience though.

Decent exchange but customer support slow
The trading engine works fine and I haven’t experienced major outages. However, their support team took over 24 hours to respond to my account verification issue, which was frustrating. Hopefully they improve response times soon.
