Average experience, nothing special
I had some good trades but sometimes the app is slow and orders don’t fill as expected. The withdrawal process was okay but not very fast, took almost 48 hours once. KYC verification took longer than I wanted. Support wasn’t very helpful when I contacted them about issues. Probably will try other exchanges next time.

Great service with detailed market data
Mercado Bitcoin has been reliable for buying and selling cryptocurrencies over the past 6 months. The platform offers good liquidity for major coins and the fee structure is reasonable for my trades. One time, during a rapid market drop, the app updated orders very fast, helping me limit losses. Customer service was responsive when I asked about staking options too. I’m quite satisfied given the level of features they provide here in Brazil.

Good platform but interface could improve

Complex but powerful for big traders
After using Mercado Bitcoin for about 8 months, I can say it’s solid for high volume trading. The liquidity is generally good but sometimes the price spreads get annoying during volatile hours. I once had a stuck withdrawal that support took two days to resolve, which really affected a time-sensitive trade. On the plus side, they have a wide range of altcoins available and their real-time charts helped me make better decisions. Would like to see a better mobile experience though.

Decent exchange but customer support slow
The trading engine works fine and I haven’t experienced major outages. However, their support team took over 24 hours to respond to my account verification issue, which was frustrating. Hopefully they improve response times soon.

Very solid platform with occasional hiccups
I’ve been using Mercado Bitcoin for nearly a year now. Mostly the experience is good with stable order execution and varying token options. Still, sometimes the mobile app crashes when tracking multiple coins simultaneously which is annoying during market surges. The staking rewards are a great bonus and their security measures feel solid so I trust them with larger amounts. Overall it’s a good choice if you want a full crypto exchange in Brazil’s market.

My go-to crypto exchange now
I switched to Mercado Bitcoin after trying several other platforms and I’m impressed. The user interface is clean and the deposit/withdrawal processing times are fast enough for my trading style. I especially like how their transaction tracking works in real time and that the charts have detailed indicators. Last week I made a large BTC withdrawal, it went through smoothly with minimal fees which was a relief. Support helped me set up 2FA which makes me feel safer. I’ll keep using this exchange for long-term investments.
