Fees are too high
Got hit with unexpected monthly fees and no clear explanation from support. Felt like being nickeled and dimed.

Not great for international transfers
Tried sending money overseas and the fees were higher than I expected. Also, the currency conversion wasn’t transparent, so I wasn’t sure what I was really paying. For the price, might look for other options next time.
