App glitches slow things down
I tried setting up an automatic payment through Mashreq but the app kept crashing on me twice. The interface looks clean but these bugs really slow down what should be a quick process. Hoping for a smoother update soon.

Decent digital experience
Overall happy with Mashreq's digital platform. Account setup was painless and I like how I can instantly lock my card via the mobile app when I misplaced it last month. Sometimes the load times drag, though, especially during peak hours. Still, customer support helped me out quickly when I reported an unauthorized transaction last week, so that was reassuring.

Not great for international transfers
Tried sending money overseas and the fees were higher than I expected. Also, the currency conversion wasn’t transparent, so I wasn’t sure what I was really paying. For the price, might look for other options next time.
