Great location and comfy rooms
I loved that the Marriott near Central Park was walking distance to so many attractions. Rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy, which helped after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was pleasant and helped me with restaurant recommendations. I’ll definitely pick this hotel again for my next NYC trip.

Wonderful stay with exceptional service
I stayed at the Marriott in San Francisco for a week during a conference last month. The conference room facilities were excellent and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which allowed me to work smoothly. I was impressed by the prompt room service and the concierge who helped me book a last-minute tour of Alcatraz. The room had a beautiful view of the bay which made waking up a joy every day. Honestly, I felt like the service went above and beyond what I expected.

Mixed feelings about Marriott stay
Booked a room at Marriott downtown Chicago for a business trip last month. The lobby staff was super friendly and check-in was fast, but the room had a weird smell and the air conditioning was noisy all night. I asked for a room change but they were fully booked, so I had to tough it out. Breakfast was decent, though, and the gym was well-equipped. Honestly, I expected a bit more consistency for the price I paid.

Good hotel but minor issues with noise
Stayed at the Marriott near the airport for three nights while visiting family. Check-in was quick and the front desk helped me upgrade my room when I asked. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfy, but unfortunately my window faced the busy street and traffic noise kept me up a couple of nights. The breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of options, which I appreciated before early flights. a solid hotel, just wish the soundproofing was better.

Okay but some annoyances
The hotel is nice but the elevator was super slow and crowded during check-out time. Also, the pool area was noisy when I tried to relax there in the afternoon. Other than that, the staff was polite and the room was spotless.

Consistently good experience here
I’ve stayed at this Marriott several times now and the staff always remembers me, which feels nice. Rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet has good variety. The location near the waterfront is perfect for evening walks too.
