Mostly positive but some delays

We've been using Marqeta for six months now, and the platform is mostly solid. The card issuing process is smooth and the controls are flexible. However, occasionally transaction settlements lag behind, which can be frustrating for end-users. Support is helpful but sometimes slow to respond during busy periods.

Convenient with minor usability hiccups

I appreciate how Marqeta lets us customize cards easily and track all transactions from one place. Sometimes the app lags on mobile which can be annoying when trying to verify payments quickly. Still, it beats our old provider by a mile.
