Mixed feelings about Marqeta's service

The platform offers solid customization options for card issuing, but I ran into some latency during peak hours which caused slow approval times for transactions. Also, the dashboard interface feels cluttered, making it hard to find specific data quickly. I hope they improve the UI soon because the backend tech is promising.

Average platform, some feature gaps

The payment platform handles basics fine but lacks advanced analytics I expected. Also, the user interface doesn't update transaction statuses in real-time, causing confusion for finance team members. It’s okay for small-scale use but not ideal if you need detailed reporting.
