Good overall but room for improvement
The platform is mostly user-friendly and I appreciate the no commission trades. However, I ran into some trouble with the mobile app crashing during market hours. Support helped quickly but it was stressful.

Reliable but not perfect
I switched to M1 a few months ago because I wanted a platform that offered automated investing and fractional shares. Setting up my pies was straightforward and I really like how I can customize allocations easily. One thing though, the mobile app occasionally glitches during busy trading times, which can be frustrating. I contacted support and they were friendly but it took a bit longer than expected to resolve the issue. it’s reliable and fits my investing goals even if it’s not flawless yet.

Mostly good experience
The platform works well for managing ETFs and stocks. Support could be faster though especially during peak hours. Also wish there were more advanced charting tools integrated.
