Mixed Feelings on Fees and Support
I've been using Luno for a few months mainly for bitcoin trading. The app's interface is pretty user-friendly, but I ran into some annoyances with withdrawal fees which felt kinda high compared to other platforms I've tried. Also, their customer support was slow to respond when I had an issue with a stuck transaction, so that was frustrating.

Mixed feelings about Luno app
I’ve been using Luno for a few months and while the buying process is pretty smooth, the withdrawal fees caught me off guard. The app is easy to navigate but sometimes transactions take longer than expected. Customer support was slow to respond when I asked about a stuck withdrawal. Hopefully they improve this soon.
