I’ve used Luno for half a year now and mostly it’s fine. The biggest annoyances are the withdrawal fees which seem higher than other exchanges I use. Also, the KYC process took longer than expected, probably because I submitted documents late at night. Customer support helped eventually but it wasn’t immediate. Still, I appreciate how they keep improving security features so I feel safe trading here.
