Bought a big castle set and the kids were super excited, but we found a couple of small pieces missing inside. Customer support was okay but it took a while to get replacements sent out, which was annoying.

Love the way the sets encourage creativity, but I feel some of the licensed themes are priced a bit too high. Also, the app for building instructions sometimes freezes on my tablet, which is annoying during playtime.

Overall the quality is good but some smaller pieces in the space-themed set were tricky to connect properly. Took a bit longer than expected, which tested my patience while helping my daughter build.
