However, when a couple of pieces were missing, contacting support was slow and a bit confusing with the online chat. They eventually sent replacements but it took longer than I hoped for a company this big. Still, the building experience was worth the wait and we’re looking forward to the next project.

Love the way the sets encourage creativity, but I feel some of the licensed themes are priced a bit too high. Also, the app for building instructions sometimes freezes on my tablet, which is annoying during playtime.
