Helpful but inconsistent performance
I got Kaspersky VPN mainly to protect my online transactions and keep my browsing private. While it mostly works fine, there have been times when the connection dropped unexpectedly, which was frustrating during video calls. Customer service replied but the fixes were only temporary. Still, the encryption level and privacy options are good, so I’m sticking with it for now but hoping they improve stability soon.
