Great app but some hiccups with transfers
Been using KakaoBank since early 2023 after switching from a traditional bank. The onboarding was smooth thanks to their quick KYC process, which only took about 15 minutes. I mostly use it for daily payments and savings. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I especially like the real-time spending insights. However, I had a bit of trouble last month when a transfer to an external account got delayed by two days without clear explanation. Support was polite but slow to respond. Other than that hiccup, the app has been stable and efficient, and the absence of physical branches is no big deal because everything is handled digitally.
