Implemented Juspay's solution for our ecommerce site last month. The payment gateway integration was quite smooth and their API docs are clear. However, I noticed the transaction confirmation sometimes takes a few extra seconds which can confuse users.

Juspay handles our payment gateway needs smoothly with fast transaction processing. However, I found some of their developer documentation a bit lacking, especially around error handling scenarios. Had to reach out to their support chat a couple of times to clarify things. Once you get past that, it’s a stable system and payouts come through on time.

We onboarded Juspay to handle our growing stream of online payments and overall it's been a positive experience. The API responses are fast and the checkout flow is smooth which helps reduce cart abandonment. That said, during big sale events, the system showed some delays in processing payments which caused a few customer complaints. Support eventually resolved it but the communication lag was frustrating. Hoping they improve scalability soon because otherwise this platform ticks all the boxes for our ecommerce needs.
