The API responses are fast and the checkout flow is smooth which helps reduce cart abandonment. That said, during big sale events, the system showed some delays in processing payments which caused a few customer complaints. Support eventually resolved it but the communication lag was frustrating. Hoping they improve scalability soon because otherwise this platform ticks all the boxes for our ecommerce needs.
