Disappointed with delayed updates and bugs
I signed up hoping Juicebox V1 would give me real-time funding data for DeFi projects, but the delays are frustrating. Sometimes the token metrics don’t match what I see on-chain, which makes me doubt the reliability. I also encountered bugs when exporting CSV files, and support was slow to respond. For a paid service, I expected smoother performance and better accuracy. Might give it another try if they improve, but right now it’s a letdown.
